We founded our tutoring group with the belief that tutoring should not become an academic crutch. Instead, it should give students the support, skills, and understanding they need to become confident, curious, and increasingly independent learners.
Our tutors create an enriching and supportive environment where students can strengthen their academic skills, develop deep conceptual understanding, and build the confidence to tackle new challenges on their own.
We currently offer academic tutoring in Math and Reading & Writing, as well as test preparation for the SAT and ACT.
Ed is the owner and lead tutor of Knowledge Tree Tutors. A former lawyer, he brings more than seven years of high school classroom teaching experience, along with extensive one-on-one tutoring experience.
Ed is the driving force behind Knowledge Tree Tutors’ educational philosophy and personally responds to every incoming inquiry. His goal is simple: to understand each student’s needs and find the tutor who is the best possible fit for them.
